I believe every ending creates and holds space for an extraordinary new beginning
Originally from Munich, Germany, I spent more than 25 years building a global career in international luxury hospitality — across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. I grew through the ranks, led multicultural teams, and guided organizations through significant change towards the highest levels of performance.
Until in early 2025, a corporate restructuring changed it all. I was being laid off, replaced due to a different agenda. That unexpected and shocking moment shattered my world completely and made me fall into a deep crisis of identity loss.
What followed was not an immediate leap — it was a period of messiness, of healing, through some of the deepest inner work I have ever done. I sat with it all. Stripped of the title, the structure, and packed with uncertainty, I had to ask myself: Who am I, beyond what I do? How to restart my life? What to do next?
Having tried so hard to get back in the saddle, I realized one day that I want to define success on my own terms and aligned with my core values, be free and do something truly meaningful with purpose for others.
Following my inner calling, I chose to settle on the beautiful Costa Blanca in Spain — a conscious choice for a place to build not just a new career with purpose and meaning, but an entirely new life.

Why I Left — and Why AlmaLuxe Was Born
In 2025, I made the leap — not because the corporate world had nothing left to offer, but because I knew within me that I had outgrown the version of my previous self. AlmaLuxe Coaching was born from just that leap of faith.
The name AlmaLuxe speaks to exactly this: alma, the soul — and luxe, the luxury of a life lived on your own terms. That is what I offer. Not just coaching, but a profound, personalised journey of self-discovery, clarity and reinvention — co-creatively and in full support.
