I believe every ending creates and holds space for an extraordinary new beginning
Originally from Munich, Germany, I spent more than 25 years building a global career in international luxury hospitality — across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. I grew through the ranks, led multicultural teams, and guided organisations through significant change towards the highest levels of performance.
Until in early 2025, a corporate restructuring changed it all. I was being laid off — just like that — replaced due to a different agenda. And in that unexpected and shocking moment, my world was shattered completely.
What followed was not an immediate leap — it was a period of messiness, of healing, through some of the deepest inner work I have ever done. I sat with it all. Stripped of the title, the structure, and packed with uncertainty, I had to ask myself: Who am I, beyond what I do? How to restart my life? What to do next?
Almost 50 applications sent, 4 answers, 2 interviews and all rejections. Until one day I knew for sure — that’s it. I am done with depending on a corporation to take decisions for me in my life. I want to define success on my own terms and according to my core values, be free and do something truly meaningful with purpose and for others.
Following my inner calling, I chose to settle on the beautiful Costa Blanca in Spain — a conscious choice for a place to build not just a new career with purpose and meaning, but an entirely new life.

Why I Left — and Why AlmaLuxe Was Born
In March 2025, I made the leap — not because the corporate world had nothing left to offer, but because I knew within me that I had outgrown the version of myself that needed external validation to exist and perform. AlmaLuxe Coaching was born from just that leap of faith.
The name AlmaLuxe speaks to exactly this: alma, the soul — and luxe, the luxury of a life lived on your own terms. That is what I offer. Not just coaching, but a profound, personalised journey of self-discovery, clarity and reinvention — co-creatively and in full support.
